To get it into Premiere Pro, for free:
- Install the free Black Hat Editor Tools plugin (Premiere Pro, no card).
- Open the Finder tab, paste this link in the search bar, press Enter.
- Click Download and import: MP4 (video) or audio only (M4A), placed at the playhead if you want.

Which formats?
MP4 H.264 for video, up to 1080p (the format Premiere reads without conversion; 4K is not taken), or an M4A audio file if you only want the sound. The file is imported into your Premiere project and placed at the playhead if you tick the option.
Do TikTok videos keep the watermark?
The download takes the watermark-free source whenever TikTok provides it, which is the case for most public videos.
Does it work with Reels and Shorts?
Yes: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, Vimeo, and regular YouTube videos.
What about copyright?
You download for your edit, under your responsibility: your own videos, videos you have permission for, or excerpts covered by an exception such as quotation. The plugin is an editing tool, not a licence.
